Where Do I Check-IN?
There will be a check-in table in the back corner of the main tent. Make sure you have checked-in, and signed the waiver to receive your welcome bag.
Where do I Park / set up Camp?
Upon arrival look for the large “PARKING” feathered flags. You will be directed park in a large open field where there will be pre-cut parking lanes to help guide you. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD OR NEAR THE COOK SHED. THESE SPOTS ARE RESERVED FOR STAFF ONLY.
Will Food be provided?
Yes, Sorinex Outdoors will provide dinner on Thursday night, along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner on both Friday and Saturday. Water stations will be available throughout the event, but participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks and a reusable hydration container.
Are kids allowed at the EVENT?
We are currently working on a solution to better accommodate kids at the event. More information to be provided closer to event date.
What are the lodging options?
Guests can either set up camp via tents/hammocks on-site at the Sorinex farm , or stay off site at the nearest recommended hotel and commute to the event. Note that the closest recommended hotel is about a 20-25 minute commute.
What Amenities are provided?
Sorinex Outdoors will be providing meals on Thursday evening, as well as all day Friday and Saturday. Two outdoor showers will be available on-site for attendee use, and restrooms will be accessible throughout the duration of the event
Can I HAve a camper delivered to the event site?
Yes. Campers must be brought and provided by guests. All logistics associated with guest campers must be handled by the guest (i.e delivery, and pickup). NOTE: there are no water or power hookups available for campers on-site, so plan accordingly.
Can I share My event Ticket with others?
NO. This event is strictly an “Invite Only” event. Please do not share your ticket or information with others. For any further questions, please reach out to Tyler at tylerfachko@sorinex.com.
