VENDOR FAQs
When do vendors need to set up?
All vendors must be completely set up by 4:00PM on Thursday 1/29/26. Tyler will help coordinate set-up, and receiving items that are shipped to the event.
Where do vendors ship event items? And When?
Please have all items shipped to the following address by January 9, 2026: ATTN: Tyler Fachko, 193 Litton Drive, Lexington, SC 29073. SORINEX WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ITEMS BACK TO YOU AFTER THE EVENT. PLEASE LINE UP A PICKUP WITH A DELIVERY/SHIPPING SERVICE. WE WILL ALLOW PICKUPS FOR THE FIRST 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE EVENT. AFTER THAT ALL LEFTOVER VENDOR ITEMS WILL BE DISCARDED.
Does a COI (Certificate of Insurance need to be provided?
Yes. All Winterstong 8 Vendors will ned to send a COI to tylerfachko@sorinex.com with the following information: Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc. needs to be the certificate holder. We also need to list Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc. as additional insured on a primary and noncontributory basis; as well as Sorin Properties, LLC, Sorin Properties - Martin Smith Rd Properties, LLC, and Sorin Properties - Sarah Ann Rd Properties, LLC as additional insured on a primary and noncontributory basis.
Can we bring ojur own media team?
If you would like to bring someone from your company to shoot media, you must check with Ricky (Ricky@sorinex.com) prior to January 9, 2026. We have limited media slots, and they will be given on a first come first serve basis.
What do vendors do during the competition on saturday?.
This is entirely up to you and your team. If you would like to run the competition with a team, feel free. If you do not wish to be on a competition team, but still want to participate from a staff POV, we are always looking for volunteers to help run competition stations as a judge. Ask Tyler for more information.
Can we provide an item for registration bags?
Absolutely. Connect with Tyler on any items you want to have at the registration table, or other locations around the event and he will help coordinate.
How many ATTENDEES will be at the event ?
We expect to host anywhere from 250-300 attendees throughout the weekend.
